It’s a FUN class with REAL music – current and oldies! Everyone talks and laughs before and after class. Occasionally, everyone meets up for lunch. THIS is a community!
The following are some of the many reasons a Zoom exercise class is an important option for people over 60 years of age:

1.) There are no excuses when the weather is bad outside if the class is on Zoom.
2.) If you’re worried about recovering from an illness or surgery and don’t want to spread it to others or “catch something” from someone else, exercising on Zoom is a great option.
3.) If you’re self-conscious about other people watching/seeing you exercise, Zoom allows full confidence because the others aren’t watching your Zoom square.
4.) If you like to be efficient with time, a Zoom class means NO wasted driving time.

5.) Have a sprain or break? Stay home and work the parts of your body that you can in a no-stress, non-competitive environment.
6.) Chemo or other therapies weakened your immune system? Enjoy class on Zoom where the only thing catchy is the music!
Class is $5 per class by Venmo, check, or other arrangements. Silver Sneakers accepted, also!
